Éric Hebras

Partner

He started his career in 1998 in the financial services department of Landwell & associés, and in 2000 joined CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre until 2011, when he founded the tax department of a French law firm. In 2015, he joined the law firm Villechenon as a partner. He founded Hebras Avocats in 2022.

Éric acts for corporate groups and funds in the context of their acquisition or restructuring operations (LBO, M&A, joint ventures, asset disposals) and assists managers/shareholders on the tax aspects of their wealth organisation. He has developed particular expertise in the taxation of private equity and venture capital, research taxation, taxation of financial products and real estate transactions. He is also involved in a number of complex tax disputes (home visits, transactions).

He was interviewed by the National Assembly’s Commission of Inquiry into the exile of the country’s dynamic forces.

Eric holds a Master’s degree in business and tax law (Paris II Assas) and is a graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris. He assist his clients in both French and English.

Géraldine Pasquet

Associate lawyer

For the past 7 years, Géraldine Pasquet been involved in all areas of taxation, particularly on behalf of corporate groups and funds in the context of their acquisition or restructuring operations (LBOs, M&A, joint ventures, asset disposals) and has developed specific expertise in VAT and indirect taxation. She assists managers/shareholders with the tax aspects of their asset organisation.

She also provides assistance during tax audits or litigation.

Géraldine holds a Master’s degree in Tax Law from the University of Paris V Descartes. She has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2015 and has since worked for the Villechenon firm. She assists her clients in both French and English.
